We must now consider Fraternal Correction, under which head there are eight points of inquiry:

A1 Whether fraternal correction is an act of charity?

A2 Whether it is a matter of precept?

A3 Whether this precept binds all, or only superiors?

A4 Whether this precept binds the subject to correct his superior?

A5 Whether a sinner may correct anyone?

A6 Whether one ought to correct a person who becomes worse through being corrected?

A7 Whether secret correction should precede denouncement?

A8 Whether witnesses should be called before denouncement?
